Mindful Arts Classes

Based on The Open Studio Project’s Therapeutic Arts Process, Mindful Arts Classes immerse participants in 90-120 minutes of relaxation and relief from stress and anxiety using a guided combination of writing, community artmaking, and more.

Arts for seniors

CREATIVE SENIORS ARE HEALTHIER!

  • Basic artistic skill-building includes basic drawing, brushwork, blending, value skills, and more.

  • Participants learn basic still-life, sketching and landscape skills

  • Many residents gain the skills and confidence to  transition to independent projects.

Group Art Classes

Drawing, painting, mixed media, collage and more! Classes for groups of all ages and abilities!
